Brad had the great idea of making item cards because of the fickle nature of the artifacts in DEATHMATCH! There were already going to be icons designed for map making purposes, and it just made sense. So I spent a day designing these item cards. They're formatted as PDF singles, but also as a 11x8.5" (Letter) sheet for printing. If you print them at 100% (no scaling), they should cut to standard "magic" card size, and you can put them in sleeves or whatever. 

I have a fancy corner cutter, and printed on card-stock, so they came out really nice.
